Service Details: We pick up your pre-packaged and pre-labeled online shopping returns (Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.) from your home and drop them off at the appropriate carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) or store. A massive time-saver for busy individuals!
Please Note: We do NOT handle any item that requires specialized transport or cannot be comfortably carried by one person.

Q: Do I need to clean my bins for this service?

A: While we don’t clean the bins, we ensure they are handled properly. You might consider a separate bin cleaning service if you need that specific maintenance.

Q: What kind of items can you return for me?

Q: Do you go inside my house?

A: No, our standard Vacation Home Care & Mail service is strictly an exterior-only check. We do not enter your home with this service.

Q: How often do you check my home while I’m away?

A: We offer weekly or bi-weekly visits for consistent peace of mind. On-demand visits are also available for shorter trips or specific needs.

Q: How does mail and package management work when I’m gone?

A: During each visit, we’ll collect all your incoming mail and packages from your porch or mailbox, preventing accumulation and making your home look occupied. We can store it securely until you return, or we can forward it to you for a small additional fee plus postage.

Q: What happens if you spot an emergency during a home check (e.g., crime, intruder, fire)?

A: Your safety and the security of your property are our highest priorities.
Immediate Threat (e.g., active crime, intruder, fire): If we observe an active crime, an intruder on the property, or signs of a fire, we will immediately call 911 to alert emergency services.

Our Role: We are professional observers and reporters, not law enforcement, firefighters, or security personnel. We will not engage with or confront any individuals, nor will we attempt to put out fires. Our primary and immediate action is to contact emergency services.

After Calling 911: We will follow any instructions given by the 911 dispatcher. We will then wait for emergency personnel to arrive (from a safe distance if an active threat or fire is present) to provide details, point out observations, and assist them with information (e.g., entry points observed, description of individuals or vehicles, location of visible fire).

Notification to You: We will notify you immediately after contacting emergency services, providing you with all the details and next steps.
