These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by ShowMe Task (“ShowMe Task,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ShowMe Task is a service owned, controlled, and operated by Romie LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida.

By accessing or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving any services from ShowMe Task, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Romie LLC, operating as ShowMe Task.

2. Description of Services

ShowMe Task provides various home and property care services, including but not limited to:

  • Sparkling Yard Poop Patrol
  • Bin Valet Service
  • Easy Returns Service
  • Vacation Home Care & Mail (Exterior-only property checks and mail management)

A detailed description of each service, including specific inclusions and exclusions, is provided on our website and in our service agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Obligations

As a Client utilizing ShowMe Task services, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Furnish accurate, complete, and current information regarding your contact details, property access, service needs, and any other relevant details required for service delivery.
  • Ensure Safe Access: Provide safe and unobstructed access to your property and any areas where services are to be performed (e.g., unlocked gates for yard access, clear pathways for bin valet).
  • Secure Pets: Ensure all pets are safely secured or indoors during scheduled service times, especially for yard services.
  • Prepare Items for Service: For Easy Returns Service, ensure items are properly packaged and have return labels affixed prior to pickup. For Bin Valet, ensure bins are accessible and ready for placement at the curb.
  • Notify of Changes: Promptly inform ShowMe Task of any changes to access codes, property conditions, or service requirements.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure your property is a safe working environment for our personnel.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Service prices are as detailed on our website and in any specific quotes or agreements provided to you. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Billing: Recurring services (e.g., Poop Patrol, Bin Valet, Vacation Home Care & Mail plans) are billed monthly in advance. One-time services (e.g., Easy Returns, On-Demand Vacation Home Care) are billed upon completion or as otherwise agreed.
  • Payment Due Date: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice or as otherwise specified.
  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within [e.g., 7 days] of the due date may incur a late fee of [e.g., $15 or 1.5%] per month on the outstanding balance, and services may be suspended until payment is received.
  • Payment Methods: We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., major credit/debit cards, bank transfers].

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Recurring Services: To cancel or significantly alter a recurring service, we require at least [e.g., 48 hours / 7 days] notice prior to your next scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a charge for the missed service.
  • One-Time Services: Cancellations or rescheduling of one-time services require at least [e.g., 24 hours] notice. Cancellations with less than [e.g., 24 hours] notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to [e.g., 50% of the service cost].
  • Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff illness, safety concerns) or if Client obligations are not met. We will provide as much notice as possible in such events.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ShowMe Task (operated by Romie LLC) will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions on your property, client-provided incorrect information, or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, third-party actions).
  • In no event shall ShowMe Task or Romie LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
  • Our maximum liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the services, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the [e.g., one (1) month] preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. ShowMe Task (operated by Romie LLC) makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShowMe Task, Romie LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use of and access to the services; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or used in connection with our services are the property of Romie LLC or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services and provide us with notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to engage in mediation in [Your County, Florida] before pursuing any legal action. If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County, Florida].

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
